Returns

At Legacy Canna Cafe, we aim to provide the highest quality cannabis accessories and paraphernalia. We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange a product, and we are here to help. Please read our Refunds & Returns Policy carefully to understand your rights and obligations.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return subject to the following conditions:

Refunds & Returns Eligibility

  1. Product Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
  2. Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a return or exchange.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges.
  4. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may require photographic evidence of the damage or defect to process your return.
  5. Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect order or items that do not match your purchase confirmation, please notify us immediately to arrange for the correct items or a refund.
  6. Unused and Unopened Items: For non-perishable items, such as merchandise or accessories, you may return unused and unopened items within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange. Please ensure the items are in their original packaging and condition.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will process the refund to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Rejected Refunds: If your return is rejected due to non-compliance with our return policy or other reasons, we will notify you and return the items to you at your expense.

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer service team via email at admin@legacycannacfe.co.za with your order number, details and reason for return.
  2. If applicable, provide photographic evidence of damaged or defective items.
  3. Wait for our response and follow any instructions provided for returning the items.
  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Defective or Damaged Items: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us via email at admin@legacycannacafe.co.za.

Different Product: If you wish to exchange your product for a different one, please follow the return process and place a new order for the desired item.

We may offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to availability. If an exchange is not possible, we will process a refund according to our refund policy.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
